Returns/Exchanges for International orders.

 At 3rd Floor, we want you to cherish the handmade jewelry you wear. Each piece on our site is crafted uniquely by hand, starting its creation journey as soon as your order is placed.

As each item is handmade, no two necklaces, earrings, rings, or bracelets—despite sharing the same SKU—are identical. It’s these exquisite differences that render each piece as a unique and special creation.

If the jewelry you receive doesn’t align with your expectations or in the event of a sizing or color mistake (especially with ring orders), we are delighted to collaborate with you to ensure you acquire the exact piece you desire.


Exchanges For International orders:
We accept exchanges using DHL. All shipping charges—applicable to both returns and new shipments—are the responsibility of the customer, as well as any taxes, duties, and customs charges that may arise.

Customized items from our Personalized category are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
Any shipping charges linked to returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
During the Black Friday period and for purchases from the OUTLET as well as products on SALE, we do NOT accept product returns; only exchanges are allowed


The returning item(s) must be in their original state and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). Exchanges should occur within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:


During the Black Friday period and for purchases from the OUTLET as well as products on SALE, we do NOT accept product returns, only exchanges are allowed.

For Gift Vouchers that have been used, no refund is made, only a exchange of product.



For International orders:
To return an item, kindly use a courier service at your own expense and provide us with the tracking number. Once the package reaches us, the paid amount will be refunded to your PayPal or credit card, minus the original shipment's shipping charges, as well as any taxes, duties, and customs charges that may arise.

The returning item(s) must maintain their original state and be accompanied by proof of purchase within 14 days of delivery.
