Shipping & Returns


Because we want you to truly enjoy the jewellery you wear! 

Every piece of jewellery on our site, is handmade, and it’s creation, begins as soon as your order is placed.

As handmade, no necklace, earring, ring or bracelet – even with the same SKU – is not identical and it is exactly these differences, which make every piece unique and special.

So, if a jewellery you have received is not exactly what you want, or even if you have made a mistake in size (when ordering a ring), or color, we will be happy to work with you in order for you to acquire the exact piece of jewellery, you have your heart set on.


For Greece:
Exchanges that do not or can not take place in our workshop, and require use of a courier, are handled by 3rd Floor. This includes, arranging pick up of returning item and dispatch of the new.

We use ACS Courier for our shipments to Greece. Any shipment to us, placed with another courier company, other than ACS, is paid be the customer.

Any following exchange, is paid by the buyer. This includes delivery of returning item/s to us, as well as cost of dispatch for new item.

For International orders:
We accept exchanges with DHL. Any shipping charges -for the return and the new shipment- are paid by the customer.

  1. Returns/exchanges can not be made for customized items, such as those found in our Personalized category
  2. During any and all sales, any shipping charges arising from returns or exchanges, are paid by the customer
  3. During any and all sales, jewellery which is available in various sizes (i.e. rings, bracelets, etc) is only available in the
    sizes seen in each product, and can not be customized to another size

The returning item(s) must be in its original state, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The exchange must be made within 14 days since the delivery.

    For Greece:

    If the item you have received is not to your satisfaction and you wish to have your money returned, you can simply return it to us.

    Returns can be sent by courier of your choice, or you can drop it off at our showroom. The shipping costs are paid by the customer. The original shipping costs are not refunded.

    As soon as we receive the returning item(s), we will issue a refund to your credit card, PayPal account or bank account if the order had been paid with cash on delivery.

    If you are returning items that where on sale, or you have already made an exchange for your order, there will be a charge for the return, for the shipping costs of the first delivery.

    The returning item(s) must be in its original state, and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). The exchange must be made within 14 days since the delivery.

    For International orders:

    If you would like to return an item, you can do so by sending them with a courier at your own cost and provide us with a tracking number.

    After we receive the package, we will refund you the paid amount to your PayPal account or credit card, minus the shipping costs.

    The shipping costs, and any other expenses occurring from the shipment, such as customs fees, taxes, and declarations, are paid by the customer, and will be deducted from the refund amount.
